Pan African Plants offers live plants, gardening products and related merchandise through this website.

Because many of our products are natural living items:

• Minor cosmetic imperfections do not constitute defects.
• Availability is subject to stock on hand.

Every reasonable effort is made to ensure product descriptions and photographs are accurate. However, slight differences between photographs and delivered products are normal due to the nature of live plants.

4. Pricing

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Prices include VAT where applicable.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Promotional pricing is valid only during the advertised promotion period.
• Pricing errors may occasionally occur.

If a genuine pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before dispatch. If this occurs, you will be notified promptly.

5. Orders

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase products.

Acceptance of your order occurs only once we have:

• Received successful payment;
• Verified your order where necessary; and
• Confirmed dispatch of your products.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where:

• Fraud is suspected.

Should an order be cancelled before dispatch, any monies received will be refunded using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of the order.

A separate notification confirming dispatch will be sent once your order has been prepared and handed to our delivery partner.
