At Pan African Plants, we take great care in ensuring that your plants arrive healthy, fresh, and ready to thrive.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship throughout South Africa. If you require delivery outside our standard service areas, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major cities: 2–5 business days
  • Regional and rural areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package size, and order weight. Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

Plant Care During Transit

All plants are carefully packaged to minimise movement and protect them during transport. We recommend unpacking your plants immediately upon delivery and watering them if needed.

Delivery Requirements

Please ensure that:

  • The delivery address is complete and accurate.
  • Someone is available to receive the package during business hours where possible.

Pan African Plants cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the plants and packaging so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery times are not guaranteed. Pan African Plants is not liable for delays caused by couriers, severe weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
